6. Your Rights
(I) Control Settings
We recognize varying privacy concerns. You may limit the collection, use, or disclosure of your information through the following controls:

1) Enable/disable permissions such as location access, camera, contacts, and photo album.

(II) Rights to Your Personal Information

Under the applicable laws and regulations of your country or region, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you (hereinafter referred to as a Request).

Most legal frameworks require that requests submitted by data subjects comply with specific conditions. This Privacy Policy stipulates that your Request must meet the following criteria:

1) Submission through Designated Channels: To protect the security of your information, Requests must be submitted in writing unless local laws explicitly permit oral submissions;

2) Identity Verification: Provide sufficient information to enable us to verify your identity and confirm that the requester is either you (the data subject) or a legally authorized representative;

Once we have validated your Request with adequate information, we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable data protection laws.

3) Upon your request and in accordance with applicable laws, we will provide one free copy of the personal information we have collected and processed about you. For additional requests related to the same information, we may charge a reasonable fee based on applicable legal requirements and administrative costs.

4) If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request corrections or updates for the intended purposes of use.

5) Under applicable laws and regulations, you may have the right to request us to delete your personal data. We will evaluate your deletion request and take corresponding measures including technical steps if it meets relevant requirements. After you or we assist in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately remove the corresponding data from backup systems; instead, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized. For example, under the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, your product/service information and transaction records must be retained for no less than three years from the transaction completion date. We reserve the right to reject requests that are substantially meaningless or vexatious repetitive, infringe on others privacy rights, require disproportionate technical effort to fulfill, are not mandated by local laws, involve information already made public, or relate to confidentiality-protected data. Additionally, we may deny requests if certain aspects of data deletion/access would prevent us from lawfully using data for the aforementioned anti-fraud and security purposes.

Depending on the specific service you use, you may make such requests by calling 400-1729829. Depending on the scope of authorization granted for information processing, this may result in your inability to access Xintais products and services. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect personal information processing that occurred prior to such withdrawal based on your original authorization.
