This instrument product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if there are any malfunctions or damages caused by product quality issues, we will provide free repair services

II. Warranty Scope

This warranty policy applies to malfunctions or damages caused by product manufacturing defects, material issues, or poor craftsmanship under normal use

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. Malfunctions or damages caused by human error, misoperation, improper use, or improper storage

2. Malfunctions or damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure factors
